Hours of Operation:
Telephone support assistance is available Monday through Friday from 6:00am PST until 6:00pm PST, excluding Holidays.
Email support requests will be responded to via return e-mail within 1 hour of receipt during normal business hours. The Incident Report should be completed to the best of your ability and returned as part of any support email request.
The customer support website is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year for users wishing to make inquires during off business hours.
