From small retailers to large, B2B enterprises, our team has the experience and practical knowledge to research and resolve merchant services and payment solution questions. We know the business from acquiring a transaction at the point of sale to ensuring settlement dollars are deposited timely and correctly. We are proven successful at delivering and supporting integrated solutions through the entire payments value and product chain – from our sales office and referral partners; to our merchants and our processing partners.
With more than 55-years of collective payment and financial services sector experience in our Client Services organization, we stand ready to deliver on your customer service needs. We can provide helpful support for any issue related to processing a transaction. Whether it’s an Intrix Payment Gateway integration question, an equipment problem, or general questions about the payment process or your merchant account; we’ll help you identify and resolve any impediments to the flow of your transactions and payment enabling technologies.

Telephone support assistance with our tenured support team is available Monday through Friday from 6:00am PST until 6:00pm PST, excluding traditional Banking Holidays.

Email support requests will be responded to via return e-mail within 1 hour of receipt during normal business hours.  Please complete the Incident Report to the best of your ability and return as part of your email request for support.
