Jeff Connors Jeff Connors, Chief Executive Officer Jeff joined Intrix in 2010 to grow the company to a Top 50 technology-based merchant services organization targeting payment enabling products to processors, agents, ISO’s, enterprises and retailers.  Previously, Connors was CEO of ELM Resources, a profitable student loan technology company executing over 100 million annual transactions and disbursing over $30 Billion in loans.   His prior leadership role was President, Orbitex Financial Services, a private, pre-IPO group with $13B in funds engaged in Asset Management where he enhanced focus, raised capital and brought the company to profitability after a restructuring.   Before joining Orbitex, Connors served in a variety of senior level capacities within J P Morgan Chase including COO/CFO of its highly successful Internet discount broker, Brown and Company, CEO of its Delaware Bank, COO/CFO of its Lincoln First Bank, as well as Group Vice President for Middle Market Companies.   Internationally, Jeff headed Strategic Planning for Europe where he launched a credit  card company that won Product of the Year and successfully completed the turnaround of a major Australian joint venture bank.A holder of both an MBA in Finance and a MS in Accounting from Long Island University where he also taught in the MBA program as well as the NASD Series 6,7,27 and 28 licenses, Connors is an active participant and member of the CEO Alliance and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Senior Vice President, CFO, and Head of Operations
Roger brings more 20 plus years of experience as a results-oriented, bottom-line administrative and operations leader with a proven track record of hands-on expertise in managing businesses. Roger’s hallmark of success has been his ability to use his leadership, critical thinking and a high degree of professionalism to solve challenges, generate revenue, reduce costs, allocate resources and develop partnerships. At Intrix, Roger’s primary areas of focus are managing costs, creating and maintaining performance metrics that assess business and financial performance and to be a growth champion CFO concentrating on strategic acquisitions. Before joining Intrix, Roger served as Director of Merchant Services at Mercury Payment Systems where he was responsible for funding and merchant settlement activities. Prior to that, Roger held financial and operational leadership roles for more than 14 years with Diners Club International/Discover Financial Services. His earlier experience includes positions with former Big Four accounting firm Arthur Andersen and various companies in the high technology and aerospace/defense industries. Roger earned an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He will be based in the company’s Westminster, CO office.

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Suzanne brings more than 20 years experience, in both consumer and business solution technology with more than 10 years experience in the Payments industry. Suzanne has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of payments, PCI and security, IT operations, SaaS, distributed computing and more. Before joining Intrix, Suzanne held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Maas Global Solutions, where she was responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of their operational growth, and for the day-to-day operations, including IT Operations, security and audits, Quality Assurance, back office, client relations and project management. Prior, Suzanne spent 8 years as Director of Application Development for First Data Corporation, leading development, QA and IT Operations efforts for an internet payments gateway processing more than 1 billion dollars and more than 150 million transactions annually. During her tenure, Suzanne drove the global deployment of the gateway, fostering its growth and improved its stability and availability. Suzanne also spent more than 6 years with Hewlett Packard, leading efforts in Quality Assurance and R&D for products including the OpenView tool suite and printer related software and firmware. Suzanne attended Northwestern University.
