Jeff Connors Jeff Connors – Chief Executive Officer Jeff joined Intrix in 2010 to grow the company to a Top 50 technology-based merchant services organization targeting payment enabling products to processors, agents, ISO’s, enterprises and retailers.  Previously, Connors was CEO of ELM Resources, a profitable student loan technology company executing over 100 million annual transactions and disbursing over $30 Billion in loans.   His prior leadership role was President, Orbitex Financial Services, a private, pre-IPO group with $13B in funds engaged in Asset Management where he enhanced focus, raised capital and brought the company to profitability after a restructuring.   Before joining Orbitex, Connors served in a variety of senior level capacities within J P Morgan Chase including COO/CFO of its highly successful Internet discount broker, Brown and Company, CEO of its Delaware Bank, COO/CFO of its Lincoln First Bank, as well as Group Vice President for Middle Market Companies.   Internationally, Jeff headed Strategic Planning for Europe where he launched a credit  card company that won Product of the Year and successfully completed the turnaround of a major Australian joint venture bank.A holder of both an MBA in Finance and a MS in Accounting from Long Island University where he also taught in the MBA program as well as the NASD Series 6,7,27 and 28 licenses, Connors is an active participant and member of the CEO Alliance and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
 
Mark Passifione Mark Passifione – President and Senior Sales Executive Mark has been actively involved in the payment industry, driving security initiatives and bringing software technology to the forefront for more than 15 years. As a subject matter expert, Passifione has worked strategically and operationally to assist enterprises and merchants in better understanding of the payment domain and representing them as a true “payments advocate”. Prior to joining Intrix, Mark held regional positions with Jonas & Erickson, the premier software and payments integrator in the property management and construction vertical markets. During his tenure, Jonas & Erickson grew to an $80 million dollar organization with more than 15 North American locations and introduced their first Hospitality Management System. Mark was instrumental in the launch of the Hospitality Management System which gained profitability within 24 months and grew to become a successful, recurring profitable line of business for Jonas & Erickson.  Prior to Jonas & Erickson, Mark  began his career in technology-based management positions with MAI Basic IV, VERSYS and Alliance Computer Systems.  Mark graduated from San Jose State University majoring in Mathematics. 
 
Ryan O’Connor, President Intrix Payment Solutions In conjunction with the merger of Epic Processing with Intrix Technology in July 2011, O’Connor joined Intrix as the President of Intrix Payment Solutions.  O’Connor co-founded Epic in 2006 after more than 16 years of dedicated bankcard and financial services experience.  Ryan most recently served as President of Business Development for TransFirst, the nation’s 9th largest acquirer in the merchant services industry segment where he was responsible for agent and ISO sales and identifying and executing ISO portfolio acquisitions. O’Connor has also served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for Priority Investments LLC and Vice President of NOVA Information Systems, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank.  While at NOVA/U.S. Bank, Ryan was annually recognized as a top performer in portfolio and revenue growth. Prior, Ryan was Senior Vice President at CreditCards.com, formerly Electronic Card Systems in Los Angeles, and Executive Vice President at New York-based Card Payment Systems. Ryan received his Bachelor’s of Commerce degree majoring in Business Management and Finance from Santa Clara University in California.
 
Tim Collison Tim Collison, Vice President of Finance Tim has been working with Intrix since early 2009 providing improved financial forecasting, reporting and analysis while integrating acquired entities.  A financial executive with over 20 years of experience working at both privately held large and small businesses and public organizations.   Collison has provided financial expertise to companies in various industries including homebuilding, manufacturing, software and banking. Utilizing his public accounting background, he has the practical experience to analyze key financial data to improve day-to-day decision making.Consistently, a driver of performance through team building, communication and process improvements, Tim has held senior positions in finance for the past 10 years with top tier organizations and served in public accounting and auditing roles for ten years prior.Tim is holder of a MBA from the University of Phoenix and BA degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a state of California certified CPA.
